Murray McEwen Clean Water Prize 95th Birthday Honorarium Application Form

In 2025 the Grand River Conservation Foundation will offer the Murray McEwen Clean Water Prize 95th Birthday Honorarium with an award of $9,500. Applications are open to full- or part-time students who have enrolled in year two, three or four of an Undergrad or Graduate Program at a University or College located within the Grand River watershed (Universities of Waterloo, Guelph, Wilfrid Laurier, or Conestoga College).

Students must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents*, in one of the following programs of study focused on long-term improvement of our environment:

Environmental Sciences

Engineering

Emerging Technologies

Governance/ Education (with preference given to full time)

First Nations Water issues
