To the Grand River Conservation Foundation Kilometre Marker Sponsorship form.

A donation of $2,500 will sponsor a kilometre of trail for a 5 year term. Check our interactive map below for available kilometre marker locations. Visit our CanadaHelps page to make your donation.

Your kilometre marker can be inscribed with a customized message. The message is printed on the KM sign and can be anything that was special to you and your family – a special phrase, a date or simply a name.

Exact installation dates cannot be predicted as they are placed in sequence with our conservation services team, and depend on seasonal expections.
